DINNER

Dinner is served from 3 PM to closing, Monday through Saturday.  The chefs at The Red Pepper make all entrees from scratch using only the freshest products they can find.  There is no substitute for quality.  Reservations accepted for parties of six or more.  (A 20% gratuity will be added to all parties of 6 or more.)

Freshly made Italian flat bread brushed with our special virgin olive oil mixture and topped with tomatoes.

Calamari
*** The Frescobaldi Brut Champagne rounds out the Calamari.
Fresh calamari lightly breaded and quickly deep fried then served with pomodoro sauce or buffalo sauce.

Mozzarella en Carrozza
Fresh mozzarella cheese riding in a "carriage" of egg-encrusted bread, then lightly fried. Two of our Mozzarella en Carrozza served with a honey mustard sauce. A truly great Italian treat.

Pomodoro Caprice Salad
Fresh mozzarella, sliced tomatoes, and fresh basil, topped with virgin olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
