Serve a Red Pepper Pizza hot and fresh, from your oven, when you want it!  All entrees on our menus, lunch and dinner, can be ordered for take out.  Just give us a call, place your order, and we'll get your food ready to go.  For a really great treat any time, try one of our Take & Bake pizzas or calzones.  The Red Pepper purchases special oven-proof baking trays for Take & Bake orders.

TAKE & BAKE BAKING DIRECTIONS:
Preheat oven to 425.  Remove the plastic wrap.  Place the pizza and the baking tray it comes on, on the center rack of the oven.  Check the pizza after 10 minutes. If large bubbles appear, puncture with fork.  Average baking time is 12 to 18 minutes. Pizza is done when crust is golden brown and cheese is melted.  Remove pizza from oven, let set for a few minutes, then slice, serve, and enjoy!
