(Imported Italian Bologna with Pistachio nuts in it.)  Mortadella sliced thinly, provolone cheese, red onion, tomato, balsamic and olive oil then toasted.  The original bologna from Bologna Italy.

(Venitian Salami.)  Sopressata sliced thinly, sliced tomato, fresh mozzarella roasted red pepper mayo, and a toasted hoagie roll.
