The folks at The Red Pepper make all entrees from scratch using only the freshest products they can find. There is no substitute for quality.

Reservations accepted for parties of six or more. (A 20% gratuity will be added to all parties of 6 or more.)

Antipasti

Antipasto Misto

Salami, cappicola, prosciutto, ham, olives, cherry peppers, banana peppers, peperoncini, egg, and cheese.

Buffalo Wings

Our homemade buffalo sauce comes mild or hot. Served with celery and blue cheese dressing.

Bruschetta ala Red Pepper

Freshly made Italian flat bread brushed with our special virgin olive oil mixture and topped with tomatoes.

Escargot

Imported snails in a fresh butter garlic sauce and served with our special garlic bread.

Calamari The Frescobaldi Brut Champagne rounds out the Calamari.

Fresh calamari lightly breaded and quickly deep fried then served with fresh sauce or buffalo sauce.

Fried Ravioli Tingle your tastebuds with a sparkling Asti Spumanti

Raviolis deep fried and served with our famous fresh sauce.

Garlic Bread

Our family’s special mixture of butter, fresh garlic, and herbs, on Italian bread. ( to die for )

Gorgonzola Bread

Our family’s special mixture of butter, fresh garlic, and herbs, topped with gorgonzola cheese on Italian bread.

Mozzarella en Carrozza

Fresh mozzarella cheese riding in a "carriage" of egg-encrusted bread, then lightly fried. Two of our Mozzarella en Carrozza served with a honey mustard sauce. A truly great Italian treat.

Oysters Rockefeller Veuve Clicquot Champagne is a consummate companion.

Six oysters on the half shell baked with spinach, butter, bread crumbs, herbs, and cheese.

Shrimp Scampi The Pighin Pinot Grigio will whet your appetizer.

Large shrimp sauteed in olive oil, butter, fresh garlic, herbs and white wine, then served over orzo pasta.

Pomodoro e Buffala Mozzarella

Imported buffala mozzarella, sliced tomatoes, and fresh basil, topped with virgin olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Buffala Mozzarella is made only from the milk of the Water Buffalo in Italy. A favorite starter in Italy.

Insalata (Salads)

Garden salad

Fresh romaine lettuce tossed with fresh assorted jewels of the garden. Choice of Virgin Olive Oil and Balsamic dressing or Creamy Italian dressing.

Caesar salad

Fresh romaine lettuce tossed with parmesan cheese, croutons, and our special Caesar dressing.

Chicken Caesar Salad

Chicken breast pieces tossed with parmesan cheese, croutons, and Caesar dressing.

Salmon Caesar Salad

Grilled Salmon Filet nesting on our wonderful Caesar salad. Great for a light meal.

Italian Chef Salad

Romaine tossed with assorted jewels of the garden, pepperoni, salami, capocolla, provolone, sliced egg, and topped with our virgin olive oil & balsamic dressing.

Contorni (Vegetarian)

All entrees served with house salad and focaccia bread.

Aglio e Olio

Spaghetti tossed with extra virgin olive oil, garlic, parsley, and The Red Pepper’s special hot pepper flakes. (May be ordered mild.)

Baked Ziti

Ziti pasta with ricotta cheese and fresh sauce, topped with mozzarella cheese and baked.

Eggplant Parmigiana Try the Bollini Merlot with this entree.

Fresh sliced breaded eggplant, fried, stuffed with mozzarella cheese and topped with fresh sauce. Served with pasta.

Fettuccine Alfredo

Fettuccine pasta tossed with The Red Pepper's freshly made-to-order creamy alfredo sauce.

Gnocchi

Made with mashed potatoes, this is a hearty meal. Topped with fresh sauce and parmesan cheese.

Penne Alla Arrabiata

Penne pasta with The Red Pepper’s special sauce hot and spicy fresh sauce. May be ordered mild.

Spinach Con Fungi

Fresh spinach sauteed with sliced mushrooms, garlic, onions, and cream then tossed with spinach fettuccine.

Combination Platter Barbera goes nicely with the Combination Platter.
